DL20 Gen9 can identify 64G memory,just can use 32G.need help

I use 4x16G HPE 2Rx8 memory,  can identify 64G memory,but just can use 32G.

ilo information，DIMM 1 and DIMM 3 Minimum Voltage display N/A，the ESXI system display memory is 32G.

Hi,

If you are using 879527-091 which has an Option part# as 879507-B21 and Spare part# as P06773-001, is not compatible with Gen9 servers.

This memory is suitable for Gen10 servers.
