Firmware updates availability.

DL380 G3.  Is there a cd that would include all the needed firmware updates for the '380?  Or do I need to select one at a time and download.  I ask because the menu selection is a bit unclear as to what is available and what option to choose.  Dell has a cd (dvd) which once installed ( like  a LiveCD) will look at hardware and determine which firmware needs to be updated and then does the operation.  I assume that HP has a similar tool.
