HP NC-Series Broadcom 1Gb Multifunction Driver 4.6.17.0 install issues

Hi

We are planning to level with PSP 8.15 and found that there was a new NIC driver to prevent a BSOD, so I added these files to our PSP directory.

CP010103.exe 2003 x86
CP010104.exe 2003 x64
CP010105.exe 2008 x86
CP010106.exe 2008 x64

We are then running this command:
HPSUM.EXE /silent /allow_update_to_bundle

But these new drivers can't be installed silent !!!

On W2K3 come a popup with "The software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo Testing..." and a Continue Anyway / Stop Installation.

When pressing STOP are it installing most of the NIC stuff, but is listed as failed i cpqsetup.log

And on W2K8 come there a dialog "Would you like to install this device software?" Install / Don't Install

And it also happens when running the new cp01010?.exe /silent

So why can't these drivers not be installed silently ? and when will there be a new version there can ?

Yes, HP come with new drivers, more than a month after I discovered the issue.
We did'nt install either of them kept the default ones from PSP 8.15 and had no BSOD
