HPE DL380p Gen8 Intelligent Provisioning Issue

I have a Windows Server 2016 Standard - v 1607 DVD, it is detected perfectly.  I have tried using a USB thumb drive made from the DVD drive.  It is NOT accepted as valid media.

I have tried the same with a newer version on Windows Server 2016 Standard.  It is detected as invalid media.  It is a authentic Microsoft DVD.

I have 2 16 SFF Chassis that I want to use the intelligent provisioning routine.  Does ANYONE have any ideas or tips to get a USB thumb drive that will work with the intelligent provisioning.

please make sure you have latest Gen8 Intelligent Provisioning:

and use USB Key Utility to create Bootable USB:

You can also mount the ISO image via iLO if you have an  iLO Advanced license (or trial license)
