network card disabled - Proliant DL360P Gen8

I have an HP Proliant DL360p Gen8 server and every 2-3weeks the network card gets disabled by itself and the only way to enable it is by doing a reboot to the server.

any thought of what could cause this behavior and how to fix?

driver version 16.6.0.4

I updated the driver to 17.0, let's see how this will behave in a few days
