Repair Sequence? Failed P410 Array Controller Battery failed, 1 Sata Drive in Raid5 fail

HP Community,

I am experiencing two issues at the same time.   I have a Smart Array P410 Controller Batthery fail.  I have one of four Sata drives in a Raid5 setup fail.    May I ask if there is a preferred sequence to fix thses issues?

The box is a HP Proliant DL160.

I would first repair the Battery because Rebuild is very very slow without Write Cache.
On the other hand, there is the possibility, that a second Drive failing after Power Off/On.
