SNMP OIDs for Hard Drive

We have DL380 G5 servers and we use ipMonitor to monitor our environment. I'd like to set up monitors to watch for hard drive failures, but I need the OIDs for that. Does anyone know where I can find that?

OIDs should be on one of the CDs/DVDs that came with the server. If I remember it correctly - it was on the SmartStart CD, inside Toolkit/MIBs directory or similar.
