booting from raid card

I have a lp 2000r with a 3Si raid controller and two non-raid disks controlled by the on-board SCSI. Its running Linux.

How do I configure lilo and or the bios so I can boot directly from the RAID logical disk?

The two non-raid disks come up as /dev/sda and /dev/sdb. The RAID array comes up as /dev/sdc.
