DL380g3 ILO Configuring

Hi All,

I have ILO issues. I can go into the management utils to see that the rib is not configured - it shows an address of http://0.0.0.0 - and its plugged into the networ - detects the link and speed. I termed into the box and tried ARP-ing the MAC address to setup a temporary entry but never took the entry or pings. I also tried the config utility being sure it wouldnt work due to the ip and I was right - required the IP address to be accessable - yes, I did try anyway using the "server's" ip address. Again, I know this box is online and the NIC for the ILO has "connectivity". Any other ideas as to how I can set an ip to this device without powering down the box? Added note, this is on the east coast and I'm on the west.
