pb smart array 642 bios data aera memory corrupted

hi
sorry for my english
i've got this message when booting after a hd crash (in raid 5) i changed by another disk

1706 smart array 6xx controller extended bios data aera memory corrupted array controller interrupt 13h bios cannot continue system halted

i update with firmware cd maintenance (v8.00) for my ml 350 g3 server
but nothing change

Is it possible to make a reconstruction of my volume with smart cd or other bootable cd's of HP ?
