IM flags critical error on unused disk

Hi HP folk,

We have a disk that is frequently 0% utilised, it's used for "staging" files as part of our Legato Backups.

If the Server reboots we get a Critical Event detected - See below.
We do not have threshold enabled for these devices.

Ideally we shouldn't get these alerts because a drive has no data on it!

Event Name: User Threshold - Rising Alarm (rev. 3)
Event originator: bkupmb1
Event Severity: Critical
Event received: 11-Aug-2003, 09:35:54

Event description:Rising Threshold passed. An alarm entry has crossed its rising threshold. The instances of those objects contained within the variable list are those of the alarm entry which generated this trap. Assigned To:

Threshold Variable: cpqHoFileSysPercentSpaceUsed.2
Threshold Type: absSuppressFallingTrap

Rob,
Have you gotten any answer to this? I'm getting 20 of these a day from different servers all over the network. Not even the same servers each day... they are taking turns. I am attaching one of the emails I've been receiving in case that will help.

Threshold Variable: cpqHoFileSysPercentSpaceUsed.0
Threshold Type: absSuppressFallingTrap
Current Value: 97
Threshold Top: 0
Threshold Owner: Insight Web Agent
Severity Level: warning
Description: C:System [NTFS] disk space
