Multiple IP addresses for servers (not a GUID issue)

I have an issue with CIM7 (SP2) with one server owning 3 IP addresses. These servers were NOT syspreped. I have tried removing and re-installing the agents twice. No matter what I do... one server owns all three IP addresses. I have gone into SQL and even deleted entried from the "Devices" and "IP Address" tables. I have also tried a "Manual" discovery. Any suggestions?
