Re install of IM7 Error XCopyFile Error! Unknown Error Code

Hello,
I have never been able to get the Version Control Repository Manager to work.
It has been suggested I reinstall IM7 to correct this.
I have uninstalled VCR and VCRM and reinstalled IM7 over the top to preserver my Database (Software only)

I get the above error, also attached.
Has anyone seen this before,,, if so how do I correct this so I get a clean install.

Jadrice again here, rename the vcdb folder to something like vcdb.old. Of course amke sure IM7 service is not running. once the installation is complete and all is well, delete the vcdb.old dir.

The install errors were down to installing from a network share and not from the CD.

I've done the above and reinstalled the software from the 6.40 CD.

I still cannot access the VCRM

I have logged a support call with HP case ref 1202454875, also

How do I contact support forum member scott shaffer from HP, as he may have some ideas ?

Any ideas from here ?
