I was having difficulty getting my Microserver Gen10 Plus to boot from virtual media and was trying to reset various settings back to factory/default. In the iLO config, i set my VLAN id when previously it was set to none or auto? Now I no longer have any access to iLO and I also can no longer ping my iLO address. And since this is a E-2224, there's no on-board video so I can't connect a monitor. I tried taking the CMOS battery out for several minutes to reset bios settings. Once I reconnected, for a moment I could ping my iLO interface but then it went away again. I'm stumped and don't know what else to try.

SolutionIs this a bot support response?
This wasn't helpful. It's pretty difficult to configure iLO management settings when you can't access iLO in the first place.
Regardless, I figured it out. I had to set my network port as a trunk port and now I've got access again..
I'm not sure how to close this ticket but I no longer need assistance.
