System on remot location can not be managed

Hello,

I have a server on a remote location and a different subnet from mine. The server is conected by VPN to my location. HP SIM discovered the server and it is reporting it OK. when I try to open the systems management hompage i get the following error:

A timeout occured while loading data for the hp systems management hompage which may result in missing or incomplete information. See the hp systems management hompage log for more information.
