HPE Omnistack 4.1.0.266 to 4.1.1 .639 upgrade fails

Hello,

HPE Omnistack 4.1.0.266 to 4.1.1 .639 upgrade fails with error message :

2022/02/07 13:22:25 FATAL> ClusterFedData.pm:146 Util::ClusterFedData::getClusterNodeToMgmtIpMap - Failed to get map: TaskException magic code '38' (see errors.xml to decode) at /scratch/upgrade/src/os/upgrade/install/Util/SvtControl.pm line 116.

in  /var/log/svt-upgrade.log 

1. Why does the installation fails?
2. Where is this errors.xml? 

I tried to upgrade HPE Omnistack only (without ESXi upgrade) and it fails even though Pre-Upgrade Validation Tests passed (everything was green)

Environnement:
ProLiant DL325 Gen10
VMware ESXi, 6.7.0, 17499825
simplivity-arbiter-4.1.1.245
simplivity-upgrade-manager-4.1.1.632
HPE Simplivity Plug-in for vSphere 4.1.1.670
