Firmware update

I have two C6366A autochangers with DDS3 tape drives. I have not updated the firmware on these peices of equipment ever and wanted to know if anyone knew where I could find the current firmware patches.

What is the Current version of Firmware that is there on the A/L?
Have you got the L&TT installed on the server?

Download & install this application:
A few points to follow before installing:

- Disable Backup services in Control panel for windows native backup i.e. Removable Storage Management (ie if you are running a Windows 2000/2003 operating system).
- Stop the Backup Software & its Services.
- Execute the L&TT application.
choose SCAN MODE --> HARDWARE, I/O Mode--> NT MINIPORT and then click on continue.
(You could choose a new scan if the option is available)

- After the Hardware Scan completes, it will detect the Device.
- Select the Firmware Tab --> Local Firmware Files TAB --> Get Firmware from the Web, this will search for the latest F/W versions, and download the new version if a new version is found.
