I've just found these error on the MSL G3 Series, Currently Installed Library Firmware 7.10 / 3.20e

0001 19.09.29 04:08:56.09 Libctrl task Error - HE: sled blocked
Return status: 0x80 - command failed
Global error code: 0x8D - HE: sled blocked
Robotic movement error: 0x14 - error during sled move -> check shipping lock
Task originator: 0x00 - Libctrl task
Extender library specifier: 0x00 - master library

Hi,

it seems, that something block the Gripper/Sled inside.

Remove the Magazine take a lamp and look if there is a mechanical block.

Most Time a Tape fall Inside.
