Only 2 drives work on 4 drive MSL6060

I have StorageWorks MSL6060 with 4 drives. Only 2 drives show on-line and other 2 drives show off-line from Symantec BeckupExec. Any idea? Thanks.

Are all drives fibre connected? In this case, check if both NSRs are working.

All drives are connected by SCSI cable.

Can you tell about the cabling?

Example:

Server HBA - Lib controller - drive1 - termination

Have you got sufficient licences for the backup exec, library options etc.

Often Backup exec will not enable all the drives if you have the wrong options or agents installed
