thanks
yes i know. I am hearing 2 different things. Some are telling me i should see 2 devices pop up under my scsi bios when i boot (1 for the driver and one for the autoloader) i am only seeing one. How can one scsi id have more than 1 device on it? Also is there a speical driver for the auto loader portion? I dont have any drivers for this 40x6e drive. I will try this hp driver you gave me and see if that runs the tape drive. Let me know any other feed back you have. I think i am aware of how to get that installed properly in NT 4.0. Thanks for the help.
