Re: Primary No Global Error - Remote Snapshot
Both SANS have to have two-way communication to each other in order for remote snapshot to happen. We changed the end-point of our remote tunnel and even though the primary could ping to the remote, the remote could no longer ping back.
Once we reestablished the right route, everything came back.

Re: Primary No Global Error - Remote Snapshot
Were you able to resolve this issue??
We have a situation where the customer has done NAT-ting on the remote site, and we have to use the NAT-ted IP to add the storage nodes into the CMC.
Is it possible for Remote Copy to work in a NAT environment?
