Last fall we released a new “Group” capability enabling you to share your digital services with your peers. Experience how this capability unlocks personalization and these new offerings in HPE Support Center (HPESC).

Case creation simplified - new option for HPE Aruba case creation: Along with hardware and software case creation, the updated product selector in HPESC now includes case creation on HPE Aruba Networking products. Experience enhanced search and simplified access to your product information. 

 

Enhanced Case Details screen: All your case details are available in one place including organized case comments, emails, log files, and case history.

-- New Case Activity tab shows a timeline view of case information users can filter

-- Parts Orders and Onsite Service Requests now shown in the Case Summary tab

-- Case comments sent through email by users not signed in to HPESC will appear with the user’s email address in the Case Comments section

 

Increased Virtual Agent language support: coverage check now available in Portuguese
