   Much better.  Now the All-Topics listings have _shorter_ identical
HTML titles.  For example:

OpenVMS > All Topics: All Topics - HP Enterprise Business Community
Tru64 UNIX > All Topics: All Topics - HP Enterprise Business Community
HP-UX > All Topics: All Topics - HP Enterprise Business Community
Linux > All Topics: All Topics - HP Enterprise Business Community
