   As usual, showing actual commands with their actual output can be
more helpful than vague descriptions or interpretations.  "Connection
refused" is the usual message on a Unix system when the remote server is
not running the program which you expect to talk to (like, for example,
an FTP server).

powers, I can't see what you're doing, or what happens when you do it.
