did.  It does not say what happened when you did it.  Are there any
error messages?

   Some basic information might be useful.  For example:

      tcpip show version

      tcpip show service /full smtp

      show queue *smtp*

   Various SMTP-related log files may be created, as well.  The TCPIP
documentation describes these, and how to enable them.

   Do you intend to use an existing SMTP gateway system, or send e-mail
directly to a destination system?
