Hello,

Hopefully an easy question to answer..

When I try and use 'ping' in the 3PAR cli, it returns 'Invalid command name "ping"'.

From what I've googled, ping is a valid 3PAR cli command.

Any advice on why 'ping' is not working would be appreciated or is there an alternative?

Hi,

there is no regular ping from the Management to something else.

There is one for iSCSI Ports: controliscsiport ping

Thanks, I wanted to test connectivity between the 3PAR and an HPE OneView VM.

Fortunately OneView has a built in ping utility.
