Customer just send me an update that may help with this also. He says the policy to delete the Virtual Copies not working.

Hi,

I have found some other things.

I created a policy for expiration of Virtual Copies but they never expire.

Then we found a lot of empty folders (81 folders) created on mailbox server in C:\

I guess those folders are related to HP RME.
