algorithm of remote copy using some controllers

We are planning DR solution using remote copy SLD config with 4 controllers par 3par storage system.

I am wondering how algorithm 4 controllers use for loadbalancing.

Although I have heard it is round-robin, I want to know description much better.

1. Can each controllers have same performance not to lean specific controller ?

(4 each controllers do remotecopy about same size volumes)

2. Can all controllers have same performance even if it is only one LUN for remotecopy ?

(there are not some LUNs, 4 all controllers do remotecopy for only one LUN)
