    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just updated Host Explorer 2.1 to 3.1.1 and now the serice does not start.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've also uninstalled and re-installed 3.1.1 but still no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its installed on Windows 2012R2 and was running fine as 2.1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Installed and ran as Administrator.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MS Event log records Event ID: 7024&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The HEVMwareService service terminated with the following serice-specific error: Incorrect function.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mark&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've ran into the same issue. Were you able to resolve it? Hotfix posted in the second thread did not resolve the issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
