Inside the InformOS it is possible to check how much cache is being used by the InformOS it self? If Yes is this value fixed or variable?

CMP Cache Memory Page. A 16 KB block of control cache memory where I/O requests are stored

statcmp will show Read and Write hits on a per node basis:

The cache size is fixed. shownode will list it under "Data Mem".
