      <description>&lt;P&gt;If I use your Link for&amp;nbsp;Software updates and licensing, I did also not find the 3PAR CLI download.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I Login with my SAID, I will (simply search for CLI).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe your SAID does not include 3PAR or 3PAR Software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.hpe.com/portal/site/hpsc/aae/home" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.hpe.com/portal/site/hpsc/aae/home&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and check if one of these SAID does include the 3PAR Software.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many "Software Depot" Software doesn't need a linked (active) SAID or CarePack.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But downloads from "Software updates and licensing" Page, needs always a SAID and is checked again the Product.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With a Contract (SAID) you not only pay for Parts and Service, this also includes the money for&amp;nbsp;further developments.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When using new HPE software portal:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://myenterpriselicense.hpe.com/" target="_blank"&gt;https://myenterpriselicense.hpe.com/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;find a proper core 3par OS version download. e.g. 3.3.1 EGA or 3.3.1 MU2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3PAR CLI package is inside to download.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume one is loggen in with proper support package assigned to account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The new License portal does not work (at least not for me with DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials) if you have any adblocker/tracking blocker active. In that case you simply don't see any products or downloads. With 100+ trackers from oracle etc. allowed, everything works. Cool, that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you have problems finding/downloading updates or software, always try disabling those.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried the "Let's chat"-experience (bottom right) when I could not stuff in the new portal, all they had to say was "No idea, use Chrome instead of Firefox, should work then".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have to agree with regard to 'myenterpriselicence.com' of late. Seemed to work fine but now I've been repeatedly locked out when getting to the download phase for a product only to be told 'We Are Sorry' - cannot process your request at this time. I've had open calls with licencing and after some time they have resolved the issue. However the issue has just come back again today when I need to actually download the CLI tool myself for some certificate work on a 3PAR. Hopefully licencing can fix again but they really need to fix this permanently. All i get told is that it's to do with "product specifications'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ad.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
