      <description>&lt;P&gt;when i have replaced a controller i have made sure the serial number is 0, the node id is the correct id and the os ssd is blank.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then run node replacement in the cli.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im not 100% thats the official way though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can download the new vSP image and try to redeploy it. If you haven't upgraded the 3PAR OS or SP OS later, it would remain same. If you had ever upgraded 3PAR OS, the compatible SP version will also change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, can you please confirm if the SP OS v5.0.4 works for you? &lt;P&gt;HPE engineer, after I finished replacing the controller, the new controller worked but the disk in the controller display was unknown, do you have any solution that can help me solve this problem?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That M.2 SSD doesnt look like a 3PAR SSD which are SED and 128GB&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That M.2 is HP branded but not SED by the look of it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As far as&amp;nbsp; i know there are only two M.2 SSd's that go into a controller and thats not one of them,.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
