DSCC - Cross Stack no longer displays any values

For the past week, I haven’t been able to see performance data such as the following in the Data Services Cloud Console (DSCC) – HPE GreenLake Portal under Cross Stack:
CPU Usage
Mem Usage
R Latency
W Latency
IOPS
Throughput

Last week, I could still see the performance data:

Today, I can no longer see the performance data:

Can anyone confirm this?

The missing Cross Stack performance metrics in HPE DSCC (CPU, memory, latency, IOPS, throughput) is a known issue that can occur due to backend service disruptions, DSCC agent misconfiguration, or software version mismatches.

Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue.

1.Verify DSCC Agent Status

Ensure the Cross Stack agent/collector is running and properly connected to VMware hosts.

Restart the DSCC telemetry service if needed.

2.Check Software Version Compatibility

You are on 10.5.50. Confirm with HPE release notes if this build has known Cross Stack visibility bugs.

If yes, patch to the latest DSCC update.

3.Clear Browser & DSCC Cache

Sometimes the UI fails to render metrics due to stale cache. Log out, clear cache, and re-login.

4.Validate Host Integration

Ensure VMware vCenter integration is intact. Broken vCenter credentials or expired tokens can block VM stats.

5.Review DSCC Alerts

Look for hidden alerts under System > Events. Even if system status shows “Normal,” telemetry warnings may exist.

6.Restart Telemetry Services

If possible, restart DSCC telemetry collectors or Alletra management services during a maintenance window.

-> These are all issues on HPE's end. A week ago, Cross Stack was displaying everything correctly. I haven't changed anything on my end, so the problem must be on HPE's end.

I checked the status today. Cross Stack is no longer available:

If HPE is going to force me to manage everything in their cloud, then I expect those features to be available.
What has HPE changed in DCSS?
I want SSMC back, without HPE forcing me to use the cloud!

I opened a case with HPE. Here is the response from 16.04.2026:

"We have just received the information from the backend team that there is an issue with the EU region, which is causing the issue. The team is actively working on fixing the issue. We will let you know once the issue is fixed."

Today, Cross Stack is available again and all parameters are visible:
