Hi,

Does any one hve experience with supedome flex 280 rack mounting/installation.

It says "The system is supported in the HPE 600mm and 800mm series racks and the HPE D-rack with a standard rack door"

But door cant be closed after fixing bezel . rack is HPE 42U 600x1200

Any special racks or door is required for this?

Hi @yugan ,
If you see the quickspecs (Page No.2), you get two rack models are same size as of your rack.
Please check is your rack a pallet rack or shock rack. May be pallet rack will have more space.
All the racks mentioned in the QuickSpecs are compatible. However, please verify that the server is sliding properly into the rack and that the railing is sit correctly. Refer the Server installation guide.
If possible, please provide more detail of rack serial number and a snap showing where you are getting door issue.
