HP Certification Logo usage

Hello,

I myself am not HP certified but am working for spooster.com which is going to hire HP certified professionals. I need to decide the format for their business cards and ebusiness cards. And I intend to use the hp certification logo as appropriate. but i am not able to find any detailed documentation about it. All I could find is this:
