Let me begin this reply of mine by warning that I'm neither an HP/HPE or Micro Focus employee or contractor.

As far as I can tell, the UFT (Unified Functional Testing) software offering was "moved" from HP/HPE to Micro Focus - https://www.microfocus.com/en-us/products/unified-functional-automated-testing/overview - following the HPE and Micro Focus "spin-merge" of 2017 - https://www.hpe.com/us/en/newsroom/press-release/2017/09/hewlett-packard-enterprise-completes-spin-off-and-merger-of-software-business-with-micro-focus.html

So, the direct answer to your question is that the the Exam Certification code is UFT120-12.5-ASP
