I have 15 years experience in Software testing. I want to be certified in HP ALM. Can you please suggest cost and duration for getting certified

I believe that you are referring to an HP certification. You are on what is now the Hewlett Packard Enterprise community site. You will want to contact HP Inc. (now a separate company) through their partner portal at https://www8.hp.com/us/en/hp-information/hp-partner-first/overview.html

As far as I can tell, the ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) / QC (Quality Center) software was "moved" from HP/HPE to Micro Focus - https://www.microfocus.com/products/alm-quality-center/overview - following the HPE and Micro Focus "spin-merge" of 2017 - https://www.hpe.com/us/en/newsroom/press-release/2017/09/hewlett-packard-enterprise-completes-spin-off-and-merger-of-software-business-with-micro-focus.html
