Transferring my certification to a new Learning ID

After my company acquisition i've come across the fact that i cannot change the e-mail associated to my Learning ID

As instrucred by https://certification-learning.hpe.com/tr/documents/ChangePartnerEmployer.pdf i've created a new Learing ID and i've to

Send an e‑mail to your regional HPE certification and learning program office requesting that your learning history (certifications,courses, exams) be transferred to your new HPE Learner ID.
Please indicate the name of your current and previous employer in your email.

But the url to find the e-mail address of my regional HPE certification and learning program office is broken

Can someone help referring tho the correct e-mail address (for Italy so i suppose EMEA)
