Last month , i tried registering for HP Learner ID and i did received email saying that HP Learner id will get generated in 3 business days.

please need help in getting HP Learner id.

Details used creating HP Learner ID:

Name : Alaa

Last name: abunada

Email id: alaa.abunada@jds.com.jo

Kindly let me know why the HP Learner id is not generated. Due to this, not able to take up any HP certification.

Your HPE Learner ID was created on September 15, 2020.

Here are some options to help you find your ID:

Learner ID … How do I find my Learner ID?
There are two options of how you can find your HPE Learner ID:

Click to access The Learning Center

Login with your HPE Passport credentials
Click on “Me” on the left menu bar
Click on “Profile”

Click to access My Learning

Login with your HPE Passport credentials
Check Learner ID just below your name

*For newly created profiles, please allow 3 business days for your HPE Learner ID to be visible.

I want to enroll in the HPE /Aruba course. Clicking on the link to enroll in the Learning link generates : saba Cloud ; (120444) You do not currently have access to hewlett Packard Enterprise's Learning system. Please go to https://content.ext.hpe.com/sites/LMS/help.page to contact support.

Above suggested site generates, HTTP Status 404 - /sites/LMS/help.page%20to%20contact%20support

Hello,

You will need to have an established HPE Learner ID. Currently, new profiles are being delayed as we upgrade our systems. We expect normal operation on Dec 3, if not sooner.

If you already have a learner ID, I would contact our support. Complete the online form. Our support team will respond within 48 hours from the time of receipt.

Exam registration you first sigup on Pearson Vue.

If any issue, contact with HPE Support.

i want to certify myself with aruba ACSA when i want to book my exam it ask me the learner ID can you please what is requirement of Aruba exam.

Same problem I don't know what is wrong with hpe the wrote for me we create in 5 bussniss day your learner ID sitl I am waiting I did Cisco certification but never faced problem.
