Hello,

If you've acquired a certification, you can download your e-certificate on My Learning > Profile, Achievements, and Benfits > e-Certificates and ID cards https://www.mylearninghpe.com/. The site is still up and running until it is migrated in Q4 FY23.

Your reply is about the learning certificates against the trainings and certifications. We need to extract the Partner Certificate which is issued after registration of partner. Its not for the individuals, the certificate is issued to company as authorized partner.

I just figured out how to download the HPE Partner (company) certificate.

You should end up at https://partner.hpe.com/group/prp/partner-status-and-benefits

Select the "Certificates" tab and choose the certificate you want to download.

This info should be available on HPE Partner Ready and accessible from the left navigation bar of the HPE Partner Ready portal > HPE Partner Ready > Membership > Essential Documents.

Kindly follow the below steps to download or see your cert from My Learning Portal.

1) Link: https://www.mylearninghpe.com/hpcpbenefits/hpelogin.aspx?HPPSESSION=NO

2) Click on the Profile, Achievements and Benefits section and select HPE Certification e-Certificates and ID cards.

3) Scroll down to find your earned certificates and the option to download the same in various sizes as per your convenience

HPE have made some changes in Partner portal. In order to download Partner Certificate, please go to the following link:

HPE Partner Ready > Membership > Certificate & Insignia

This probably relates to your current Partner Ready specialization status (Candidate, Member, etc.).

If you do not see the “Membership” option please should log a ticket to Partner ready team:

• Log into Partner Ready Portal - https://partner.hpe.com/web/prp
• Scroll down, go to “Get Help”, click in “Get Portal Support”

Select “Partner Programs” and Partner Ready”:

And then select “Partner Ready status page/insignia incorrect or missing”:

Describe the issue in the ticket, and Partner Ready team will be able to help you.
