Hello,

After your HPE Learner ID has been assigned, you will see it on the top left page of the My Learning homepage. Your HPE Learner ID appears in The Learning Center under the My Profile tab. Note: While My Learning is being retired, you can still access the site until its full migration is complete.

If you cannot see your HPE Learner ID, you can use the Learner ID LookUp tool or contact our Support team.

in my Profile in PersonVUE I receive this message and I can't go on taking exam:

The HPE Learner ID, HPE0073511798 is invalid. It must contain only alphanumeric characters.

While in HPE Portal I correct have this visualization:
