Do we have a valid certification available for HP SIM? If yes, then what is the exam code and other pre-requisites (if any)?

For foundational training on HP Insight Control, the HP ATP - Server Administrator V8 is the perfect certification.

There is 1 exam (HP2-T21) and several recommended training courses

- 00217417 (Insight Control, Foundations and Managing and Monitoring with SIM)

This is a 5 day instructor-led course.

We also recommend the following training:

- 00694700 (Essentials for HP ProLiant)

- 00694702 (HP ProLiant Gen8 Capabilities and Technologies

I was looking for a free "online training/videos/CBT" on HP SIM/Insight Management ONLY

a valid "Certifcation" on HP SIM/Insight Management ONLY

I have heard of a certification HP0-S30 (Design and Implementation of HP SIM and HP Insight Control)

Is this still valid?

As for an HP Systems Insight Manager only certification, we have the certification

HP ATP – Server Administrator V8

Full details can be found in this document on page 2.
