Hi @Ushuasung

To enable TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3, and disable TLS 1.1 on an Apollo Server, you need to configure the underlying HTTP server (like http, https or express) used by Apollo Server. Apollo Server itself does not directly handle SSL/TLS configurations; this is done at the HTTP/HTTPS server level.
