Feature Request: Taking Quieced/Synchronized Snapshots and Sync Status

I would like to request a synchronize checkbox to allow for application consistent snapshots when taking snapshots with the VMware plugin.

Something like this:

It would also be nice to see which snapshots are Synchronized vs not (i.e. application consistent vs crash consistent).
