      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;So many things.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 1) bad network (routing, hoops, jumbo packet misconfig)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 2) Didn't reboot ESX host after installing PSP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 3) Not enough network connection (tune the /etc/ncm.conf)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Call support right now and open ticket - they should be able to help up out immediately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt; 1) bad network (routing, hoops, jumbo packet misconfig)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;vmkping -s 9000 -I vmk3 ip responds just fine&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 2) Didn't reboot ESX host after installing PSP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Already rebooted&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 3) Not enough network connection (tune the /etc/ncm.conf)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;all nics are on 10GB&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;network utlization on the icsi nics are not utlized much&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
