    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Ensure that you have enabled cache for the logical drive, if not enter into Smart Storage Admininistrator(SSA) and enable cache for the logical drive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. let the read/write ratio be default (&lt;SPAN&gt;10% Read / &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="highlight selected"&gt;90&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;% Write &lt;/SPAN&gt;) although you can change it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.       <title>P408i-a Poor Performance</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an ML350 Gen10 with a P408i-a&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have installed 6 x 4TB SSDs Evo Pros and configured a RAID 10.&amp;nbsp; I am getting poor read write speeds and wondered if anyone could send me the optium settings for the RAID to get the best read write performance?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
