You will just need to provide the Array serial number for the system in question.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For a couple quick checks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you using direct attached disk or VMDK attached disk?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If Direct attached do you have the Nimble Connection Manager installed on the Windows host? (This can be downloaded from Infosight under Integration kits)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the SQL server is there an active database and corresponding logs volume?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are both of those volumes in the same volume collection on the Nimble array?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the Infosight Portal you can also find a Windows Integration Guide as well a SQL server Best Practice guide.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mike&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello the nimble community!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a SQl2012, and my nimble doesn't want to backup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't see any error on my SQL Server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where should I start searching?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;olivier&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have found... It was the firewall! I made the exclusion (as stated in the user manual) and it's all OK. I added the sys admin rights in SQL to the SQL service user as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;works like a charm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks a lot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
