We just moved from an HP EVA to Nimble CS300 (fiber channel). On both windows 2008r2 and 2012r2 I had no issues with having HP DSM Manager 4.0.2, HP DSM for EVA v4.0.4 and the latest Nimble Toolkit for Windows being installed on the same server.
