Hi Folks,

I'm working on a Nimble configuration. When I run the CLIC check, it tells me that my config is "unbuiladable" because "support services are required for all Nimble storage products...". However, when I go to the "Services" tab and select the Nimble Services, the appropriate selections (The Nimble Timeless Services) are greyed out.

And even if I select Proactive Support Manager Services, I still get the error.

Any suggestions on where I can find out what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks,

Shu

I'm not sure what your problem could be, but make sure you selec the right services tab from the right "Component" in your configuration (in case you have more than just Nimble). And the support services are not selected from the Nimble Services tab, but from the Support & Installation Summary tab, and you can edit and select the appropriate level of support there.

Attached is a screen capture as a reference.
