Re-Image of CS-500

Hi Team,

Until few days ago, we had 2 arrays gathered as a group :

CS-500 [was the leader]

CS-5000

We wanted to take-off the CS-500 because it's out of support, and to use it for other environment.

We did it with the assistant of Nimble Support, and it goes well.

The support enigneer told us before the process that we'll need to re-image the CS-500 if we want to use it in another environment.

We downloaded the same version that was in use before, and followed the guide that the supporter provided us. we've re-imaged both USBs.

Now, we are trying to boot the array, and the process is stuck in this step :

Loading module : i40e

Can someone please assist ? what can be wrong here ?

BTW - I know see that there was an option to run a command "array --re-setup"

If the supporter was told me that, I was choose this step, and not the re-image step that now can cause me to loose a 30 TB array that could be in use for our environment.
